Early Sunday Morning is an oil on canvas painted in 1930 by the American artist Edward Hopper and kept in New York at the Whitney Museum. The painting shows a repetitive front view of a building whose bass is occupied by closed shops whose protruding signs cast long shadows on the rest of the architecture. Above the shops, the building is punctuated by the rhythm of the windows, diversified by color and curtains. The lower part of the picture shows a deserted street illuminated by the morning light, which hits the barrel's hydrant and barber's banner casting long shadows. Early Sunday Morning shows a banal, desolate and calm place, where it is easy to remember the squares and the glimpses of metaphysical painting by the Italian painter Giorgio de Chirico. Hopper's painting is rich in color, the combinations of complementary colors are used with great balance, as well as the cold masses contrasting with the warm areas. The color richness of Edward Hopper's Early Sunday Morning is faithfully reproduced in the canvas prints made by Shopart, which thanks to the pure pigmented eight-color giclée print allows fine art reproductions in deep and saturated colors, fully respecting the original works. Hopper's print on canvas can be finished with the exclusive brush effect varnish of Shopart, which being brushed, leaves the mark of the raised brushstrokes visible both to the eye and to the touch like real oil paintings on canvas. Another exclusive work of Shopart is the addition of a color for the canvas that covers the edge of the frame. This colored border chosen by the customer, allows an elegant finish acting as a false frame to facilitate the insertion of the picture even in environments with a refined design. The Edward Hopper painting, Early Sunday Morning, is also available in Poster format and mdf panel with a thickness of 2 cm.
